Looking for extensive web (front and back end) experience to manage, build and proofread sites and content for the Dean of Students Office website, and other DOS maintained web pages. This position will support 100+ student organizations and 16 journals in helping them access, update, and edit their websites, providing WordPress training, and troubleshooting issues as needed. Responsibilities:



Provides proactive customer support to students and other relevant stakeholders

Assigns and manages account permissions in WordPress for 100+ student organization and 16 journal websites

Works with students to ensure that all student websites are up to date and monitors for outside websites, working with students to take down outside sites and migrate content to HLS serves when applicable

Trains relevant stakeholders on WordPress and troubleshoots related problems as needed

Builds and adds content to existing web pages in WordPress CMS

Quality checks and proofreads all content and pages before going live

Provides graphic design support to HLS student organizations and the Dean of Students Office



Must have:



Working knowledge of and experience with WordPress

Working knowledge of and experience with HTML and CSS

Copy editing and proofreading experience, with a strong attention to detail
