Responsibilities:
Boylston Staffing is looking for an Inside Business Development Representative for a Technology company in Cambridge.Will be responsible for achieving a sales quota through a mixture of sales activity managing inbound requests via telephone, email and virtual meetings.Will execute campaigns to generate opportunities by up-selling, reactivating and retaining accounts, as well as qualifying leads.Will generate and deliver price quotes and close sales orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.Will collaborate with multiple teams including customer service, production management and marketing, business development and project administrators.Ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, able to research accounts and identify key players, execute structured campaigns, actively engage with individuals, utilize and learn specialized software for quotes, deliver price quotes in a timely manner, create weekly reports, able to deliver product demos, able to organize sales records, and process customer feedback.

This is a full time role with base and commission paying 75K + depending on Sales Quota.4+ years business to business sales experience, 2+ years phone sales, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial qualities and be a strong team player.
