Boylston Staffing is looking for a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator for a firm in Norwell. Will perform Human Resources and Recruitment activity. Duties include: recruit, hire and train new employees, answer employment questions, schedule and conduct applicant interviews, perform references, criminal , drug and vehicle background checks, conduct orientations and meetings, develop recruitment strategies, work closely with the scheduling department, monitor client activity, prepare monthly newsletters, monitor compliance for local and federal labor laws. Work alongside with the Owner on special projects. Must have an understanding of policies and procedures, able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer skills. Able to listen carefully and effectively over the phone for long periods of time. Knowledge of Senior Care is a plus. This is a direct hire role working full time day hours with occasional night and weekends if necessary.
